Sheet Cakes

Any order cancelled within 72 hours of order will be required to pay full balance.

Refunds will only be considered if your product is not as described from any pictures sent via the cake shack. Pictures sent via customers are for illustration only and The Cake Shack cant be held responsible for your product not 100% match a picture you have sent not made by a member of the cake shack team.

When orders are placed directly through the site via our generic products your order will be automatically placed once payment is made you will recieve an email with your order details and invoice. You will then recieve a further email when your order is ready for despatch/collection depending on the item you have purchased orders can take upto 7 days to despatch.

Orders placed via other means i.e. when requesting a qoute for a tailor made product you will recieve a qoute via your email address in order for your product to be confirmed you must except your quote and then pay your deposit or full payment dependent on item ordered via the invoice sent to you. Your order will then be confirmed nd will be ready for despatch/collection on the date you proviided in your invoice.

Cakes cannot be sent via any postal services and will need to be collected from store or you can book delivery but this can only be done within 15 miles ok SK14 at a fee of £5.99.

Cakes need to handled with care on arrival please store in box (not an airtight box) once opened store in the fridge and consume within 7 days.

Cake Toppers.

cake toppers are very fragile and should be handled with care. Try not to keep moving your topper around and leave in the box until it needs fixing to your cake. Use a small amount of glue to affix to your cake. You can use water buit please be aware when using water to fix to a cake it must be very minimal, water causes the sugar paste to break down and you will end up with a sticky mess on your hands. DO NOT KEEP YOUR TOPPER IN AN AIRTIGHT BOX this will cause your topper to wilt at best and start to desolve at worst keep in any other container at room temperature.
